Vivek is an entrepreneur and a business leader having more than 22 year experience in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences industry with extensive exposure across a gamut of areas including strategy & leadership, multiple business P&L management, marketing & sales and key account management.
Recognized as a turnaround specialist, he has proven his competencies in identifying gaps, addressing risks, creating and implementing strategies to deliver breakthrough top line and bottom line growth.
Vivek has worked with several world-class organizations like MSD, Dr. Reddy’s, Glenmark and Emcure, handling assignments in sales & marketing, P&L responsibility, strategy, business development, logistics & distribution and worked in several therapy areas like oncology, critical care, dermatology, rheumatology and hepatology, rural marketing and generics.
Vivek has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the prestigious MDI, Gurgaon and attended several professional developmental programs from renowned institutions like ISB, Hyderabad and IIM-C.

Rajeev is guided with a work experience of 24 years with leading MNC and other eminent firms like Indian Lilly, Dr. Reddy’s, Glenmark and Emcure in Indian pharmaceutical sector. Rajeev has worked in several therapy areas including Critical care, oncology, endocrinology, cardiology, nephrology and general care.
Rajeev holds excellent leadership skills coupled with exceptional teamwork skills. As a business professional, he keeps an energetic, enthusiastic and optimistic approach towards life. Rajeev is well versed in managing complexities of working with multiple business units and creating synergies across businesses.
Rajeev has tremendous experience in the corporate hospitals business in leading healthcare organizations across the country. His expertise lies in handling P&L, strategy, leadership and sales & marketing. He has successfully launched key accounts business in leading organizations like Dr. Reddy’s, Glenmark and Emcure.
Rajeev is an alumnus of Ramjas College, Delhi. He has completed the executive management programs from IIM Kolkata and PG Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Dehradoon.
